Reflection — Mental Health During the Holiday Season![]()
The holiday season is filled with lights, music, and gatherings… yet for many, it also brings quiet heaviness, difficult memories, and emotions we don’t always know how to express. Sometimes, while everything shines on the outside, we can feel tired, overwhelmed, or even alone on the inside.![]()
This season is a sacred invitation: to pause, to breathe, to acknowledge how we’re truly feeling;without guilt and without pressure. Mental health is also a gift we must care for: allowing ourselves to rest, seeking help when we need it, and offering a safe, compassionate space to those around us.![]()
In the midst of celebration, may we look with tenderness at those who are carrying more than they show. Maybe a simple message, a hug, or a kind word becomes the light someone has been waiting for.![]()
